Andre, unlike the majority of the Brazilians, already has very strong offshore racing experience. At the helm of his own 50 foot boat, he has won several important races and championships in Brazil. As a graduate in Business Administration, Andre runs his own web-design company. He just finished writing his first book "The History of Sailing in Brazil" commissioned by the Rio de Janeiro Yacht Club. "I want to master the Volvo-70" is more than a quote.
